When you submit a loan application, we collect the information you provide: your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, residential address, employment and income information, financial obligations, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and the loan details you request.
We use your information to evaluate your application, verify your identity and eligibility, comply with applicable law, and communicate with you about your application. We do not sell your personal information.
We transmit data over HTTPS, store it in access-controlled databases, and limit administrative access to authorized personnel. Session cookies are encrypted, HTTP-only, and SameSite-restricted.
Only you (with your reference number and email) and authorized administrators can view your application. Administrative notes and internal decision-making are never shown to applicants.
We retain application records for as long as necessary to comply with applicable lending, tax, and recordkeeping laws.
